Policy

Policy

Trainers assigned are subject to change without prior notice. New clients should contact OnPoint Fitness Studio to inquire about our prices/packages. New Clients are encouraged to contact their doctor prior to starting a new fitness program. No refunds are to be given for packages purchased.

Arrivals: First time clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of session or treatment.

Late Arrivals: OnPoint Fitness Studio allows a 10 minute grace period; it will be at the Trainer’s or Acupuncturist discretion to train or treat you if you arrive after the grace period. If you are a no-show, you will be charged for your schedule training or Acupuncture session.

Appointments

Sessions and specific trainers can be booked online using our MindBody online schedule. First time clients can also make appointments online for their one-time complimentary session and consultation at no obligation.

Cancellations

Training sessions and Acupuncture appointments are subject to a 24 hour cancellation window. You must cancel your session/appointment online, on the phone or in the studio.

 

* Please Note: All cancellations made after our 24 hour window will be considered a late cancel and will be charged the full price for the missed session/appointment.

 

No refund will be given for late cancellations and/or no-shows.
