Group Trainings have become the latest fitness craze when it comes to working out. Finding the right fitness program that works for you is the best way to a new healthier you. At OnPoint Fitness Studio we work with groups of 3-5 at the fraction of the cost for a one-on-one trainer. Group Personal Training classes are smaller in scale. We work together, at your own individual customized level of fitness and or ability.

Motivation – When working with a group setting there is more energy, more completion – in a good way. You may want to push a little harder having someone besides you.
Support – You will receive support from both trainer and participants to get you through all the challenges you will face.
